PUBLIC OFFER

Terms of Service and Public Offer

Updated: 30 August 2026

1. Service provider and acceptance

Service provider: sole proprietor Serhii Yevheniiovych Zainulin, Tax ID 3421217150. Registered and operating address: 20 Pokrovska Street, Bershad, Haisyn district, Vinnytsia region, 24400, Ukraine. Phone: +38 (096) 465-92-01. Email: [email protected] ("we").

DropToDrive is an online service for creating a link that uploads files directly to the Google Drive folder selected by a Drop owner. The service is provided electronically; it does not sell physical goods, provide delivery, or provide offline services. Registering, creating a Drop, or paying means that you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. How the service works

The owner connects Google Drive, selects or creates a folder, creates a Drop, and shares its link with senders. Files arrive directly in that folder. The owner is responsible for selecting the correct folder, keeping access to their Google account, and the content they permit to be uploaded.

We do not guarantee the availability of Google Drive, internet connections, or user devices. Upload size and quantity may depend on Google Drive rules and quotas.

3. Drop duration

  • A free Drop is active for 24 hours from creation.
  • A paid Drop is active for its paid period.
  • When available in the dashboard, its duration may be extended by any number of months.
  • New uploads stop when the period ends.
  • The owner may pause receiving files and restore the Drop before its period ends.

Only one active free Drop may exist per account. Paid Drops are not subject to that limit. A free Drop can be upgraded before it expires.

4. Deleting a Drop and remaining paid time

The owner may permanently delete a Drop from the dashboard. Its public link immediately stops working and cannot be restored. Deleting a Drop does not delete its Google Drive folder or files; they remain with the owner of the relevant Google account.

If unused paid time remains when a Drop is deleted, we preserve the right to use that time to create one new paid Drop until the same expiry date. It cannot be transferred to another existing Drop, exchanged for money, or used again. If no new Drop is created before expiry, the remaining entitlement ends.

5. Price and payment

The base price is ₴39 (UAH) for one month, approximately US$1. The amount is charged in Ukrainian hryvnia; if your card uses another currency, your bank or card issuer converts the final amount at its own exchange rate. You may choose any number of months. The final amount, duration, and service description are shown before payment confirmation.

Payments are made online only through WayForPay. We do not accept cash, use POS terminals, or make automatic or recurring charges. You initiate every future payment yourself.

The service is paid only after WayForPay confirms a successful transaction, not merely after a return to a success page. Once confirmed, paid time is activated automatically: it is added to an active Drop’s current expiry date or starts on the payment date for an inactive Drop. Order and payment information is available in the dashboard and/or via the payment service.

We may send service emails to the account email address, including successful payment, expiry, or important status notices. These are not promotional messages.

6. Cancellation and refunds

The paid service starts immediately once a paid Drop is activated. You agree to service delivery beginning immediately after successful payment. Amounts for time when the Drop was active and the service was properly delivered are not refunded. You may contact us about unused time or non-delivery/improper delivery of the service.

Deleting a Drop alone is not grounds for a refund; the one-new-Drop rule in section 4 applies to its paid time.

We consider requests under Ukrainian law; this does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Email [email protected] with your account email, order number, reason, and, where needed, proof of payment.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful materials, copyright infringement, malware, phishing, spam, or attempts to gain unauthorised access to others’ accounts or files. We may restrict access where we have reasonable grounds to believe these rules are breached.

8. Liability

We take reasonable measures to operate the service, but are not liable for loss of access to a Google account, actions of senders, third-party services, or consequences of files that users send to each other. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Contact and disputes

Service provider contact: sole proprietor Serhii Yevheniiovych Zainulin, +38 (096) 465-92-01, [email protected]. Ukrainian law applies. Please contact support first; we will review the request and propose a resolution.
